CERN wwere humiliated in the first league match of the season in Berne and were bowled out
for their lowest ever score (13).

Preparation for the New Season
With the first Game just a few weeks away we need to prepare the hut & pitch and repair the Net in time for the start of the season.
An afternoon of work on Saturday 14th April, starting at 2.00pm, is proposed.
We need to cut the outfield, repaint the creases, put the new netting on the Net cage & clear the hut & restock the beer fridges.
If time allows it would be a good idea to have some catching practice.
The first Net of the season will be on THURSDAY 19th APRIL.
