Procedure for CERN Cricket Club external members to obtain a CERN Access Card


For people requesting an access card for the first time

All non-CERN people who do not have an access card for the CERN site must fill in the application form (Note: only the fields highlighted in yellow need to be filled) (this only needs to be done once!).

Once completed, please send a scanned copy of the SIGNED form to:

Once the form has been received and you have been registered in the HR database (which may take several days), you must pass by the CERN Registration Service in Building 55 (main floor).

The access card is valid for one year maximum.

We usually set the end date to be December 31st of the current year.


For people renewing their access card

Normally, we extend the registration by one year each January.

You will be informed when this has been done, so that you can go to building 55 to get the new card.
